Regina Quirk is a 30 year industry veteran. Before joining Strategic Financial Services in 2002 and acquiring it in 2013, she worked in mutual fund operations management at Scudder/AARP Investments,   and was a Vice President of Training and Development at Deutsche Bank.  She earned a Bachelor of Science in Education from Bridgewater University, and a Certificate in Organizational Development from DePaul University in Chicago.

Regina is highly regarded as a community partner where she serves on multiple boards including Hope Floats Healing and Wellness, Mountain One Bank - Community Board. She is the current President of The Rockland Education Foundation, and Past President of the Rockland Athletic Boosters, and has served on several ministries at Holy Family Church in Rockland.

Regina is married to her business partner Michael Quirk, and blessed with two sons. Her older son Ryan earned his degree in finance from the Carroll School of Business at Boston College, and is currently employed in the Capital Markets division of Accenture.   Ryan previously worked as an intern at Strategic Financial Services and continues to stay involved with the business as a consultant. Her beloved younger son Jared passed away suddenly in 2015 at the end of his senior year of high school with an undiagnosed heart condition. Regina and her husband Mike have become active members of Hope Floats, a bereavement center focused on helping parents through grief and loss. They use their coping skills and personal  journey to guide others through difficult life transitions. She and Mike are committed to keeping Jared’s memory alive through his memorial scholarship.

When not working, Regina enjoys spending time on Cape Cod, traveling and golfing with both friends and family.
